Residents's views sought on future development of Nunthorpe

RESIDENTS have another chance to have their say on housing development proposals at a meeting in Nunthorpe next week.

Officers from Middlesbrough Council will be giving information about the Local Development Framework which outlines possible future development at sites around the town.

Under the proposals, more than 600 new homes could be built in Nunthorpe over the coming years.

Everyone is welcome to give their views on the plans at a meeting arranged by Nunthorpe Community Council, Nunthorpe Parish Council and Nunthorpe Ward Councillors on Wednesday, February 13 from 7pm.

The meeting takes place at the Avenue Primary School Hall (entrance via Cookgate) and is expected to last an hour.

For further information, call Brenda Thompson on 01642-318447 or Lesley McGloin on 07919-174207.
