POLICE are appealing for information about a black Land Rover Discovery stolen after thieves broke into a house and took the keys.
The vehicle, registration number B8 JDL was taken overnight between Sunday February 3 and 4 from Settrington, near Malton.
PC Andy Rogers said: “I am urging anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the Settrington area around the time of the incident to contact the police or Crimestoppers as soon as possible."
Anyone with information can call North Yorkshire Police on 101.
