Hotel wins customer service award

BEST SERVICE: The Crown Hotel in Boroughbridge has received the Best Customer Service Award from Best Western Hotels.
Emma Lee, general manager of the hotel, was presented with an engraved Chrystal Rose bowl by Best Western Hotels UK at the hotel consortium’s annual conference and dinner held in Bristol.
The hotel has risen in the past year from 108 to 38 in the group’s rankings and was said to have delivered the most improved service levels and customer satisfaction of all 280 hotels in the group.
