A JUNIOR football team is being helped to survive the challenge of the British winter by a local window company.
Chatsworth Windows, which sponsors Bedale U12s in the Wensleydale Premiership, has now kitted the team out with waterproof training tops so the boys can train whatever the weather.
Coach Kevin English said: “Chatsworth Windows specialises in double glazing and now they have provided it for our boys.
“It is a generous and much appreciated gesture. This winter has thrown everything it can at us, but the tops will withstand snow, sleet, rain and wind and keep the boys warm and dry.”
