Burglary near Bedale

TOOLS STOLEN: Thieves used wheelbarrows to move power tools after they broke into two Portakabins at a property at Murton Way in Well, near Bedale which is undergoing renovation. North Yorkshire police are appealing for anyone who has any information about the burglary which happened last weekend to come forward. PC Quita Passmore, of Northallerton police, said: “The burglary occurred in a remote location, but someone may have seen something, I would also urge resident in the area to be vigilant and ensure they take the necessary steps to secure their properties.”
