A SERIES of free taster sessions to help people improve their job prospects are taking place.
Energize Training is offering the courses for people in February and March aged 19 or above who live or work in County Durham.
The courses include assertiveness training and management skills, the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health qualification and customer service skills.
The courses will all be held at St Paul’s Centre, St. Paul’s Gardens, Spennymoor.
