FAMILY CEILIDH: Richmondshire Landscape Trust is organising a family ceilidh on Saturday, January 26 to mark the tenth anniversary of the charity that aims to save valuable pieces of land.

The event at Richmond Cricket Club, will feature band Blind Panic, and there will be a light supper served and a bar and raffle will be available, starting at 7.30pm.

Tickets, costing £8 adults, £4 children or £20 for a family of four are available in advance from the Castle Hill Bookshop.

Tickets can also be purchased on the door for £9 or £23 for a family ticket.

HAPPY DAYS: Carole Bury and Nikky (correct) Corker will unveil art exhibition Happy Days in the Mezzanine Gallery, the Station, Richmond, from Saturday, February 23 until Thursday, March 7.

It is open seven days and entry is free.

PANTO FUN: The Georgian Theatre Royal, Richmond has announced that it will be staging Cinderella as its 2013 pantomime.

Cinderella will run from Saturday, December 7 to Sunday, January 5 2014 with tickets going on sale at the box office Friday, February 1. The production will fuse traditional elements of pantomime with contemporary music.
