AN exhibition explaining the history of North Road Station, now the home of the Head of Steam – Darlington Railway Museum, will come to an end on Sunday, December 30. The show details the creation of the station in 1842, how it almost closed in the 1960s and its path to becoming one of the key museums in the North-East. Normal admission applies.
