BURGLARS used two electric golf buggies to make off with their stolen goods from Wilton Golf Club.
Four men entered to the golf course and broke into the green keeper’s compound at around 9pm on Wednesday, December 19 at the course on Wilton Lane, Redcar.
A number of items were stolen, including chainsaws, large lawn mowers, tools and two air rifles.
It is suspected that the men may have had a van waiting in a lay-by close by to transport the large lawnmowers.
Anyone with information or anyone who may have been offered these items is asked to contact PC Stephen Woodacre of Redcar and Cleveland Police on the non-emergency 101 number or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
