DARLINGTON band The Innocent Wrecks will make their debut in a New Year’s Eve show. The six-piece group, whose ages range from 13 to 16, were brought together as the winners of two showcast nights featuring performances from music students who are taught at The Forum music centre, in Borough Road. Headlining the New Year’s Eve show, at The Forum, will be Skybabies, with support from singer/songwriter Hayley McKay. Tickets are £12 and include food. To book, call 01325-363135.
LIVE MUSIC: A Christmas concert will be held at the Dolphin Centre, in Horsemarket, on Saturday (December 22), from 7pm.
CHRISTMAS SERVICE: A Christingle service will be held at St Herbert’s Church, in Yarm Road, at 6pm, on Christmas Eve. There will be a nativity play and collection in aid of the Children’s Society. It will be followed, at 11.30pm, with a Christmas service.
