A LEISURE trust has launched a website to show members of the public everything it has to offer.
Richmondshire Leisure Trust is a charity and not for profit organisation that invests any financial surplus into the services it provides – which include Richmond Swimming Pool, Colburn Leisure Centre and Liberty Health Club.
The trust also took over Richmond Tourist Information Centre this year, and plans for the centre include a new internet cafe, Starbucks, and links to all activities available in the Richmondshire area.
Matt Prosser, development manager at the trust said: “Following the developments of the trust in 2011 with the takeover of Colburn Leisure Centre, and the TIC this year, a new website has been launched to better present RLT’s facilities and to provide a central source of leisure information for the community.
“We want to urge people to look out for some amazing New Year offers coming up on the site.”
As well as the leisure centres, RLT is also responsible for BURST Activity scheme, Sports Development and Party Fever.
