YOUNGSTERS from Hummersknott School delighted audiences with performances of their annual Christmas pantomime, Cinderella.
The students performed the show on two evenings and a matinee. Extracts of the pantomime were also part of the entertainment at the annual party for elderly members of the local community.
The production not only was performed by students, but this year two students - Karla Bradley and Georgia Broadbent - have helped with directing and producing.
The students have been rehearsing hard over the past term and thoroughly enjoyed the performances.
Head of drama Paul Imerson said: “The pantomime is a fantastic opportunity for our pupils to gain experience on the stage and is one of many drama and creative art events that take place here at Hummersknott.”
