ORGANISERS of a school’s adaptation of the Queen musical We Will Rock you have described the performance as a huge success.
Youngsters from Longfield School took to the stage for the first time on Tuesday (December 11).
A spokeswoman for the school said: “The show was a huge success and supported by many staff and parents who all thoroughly enjoyed themselves and joined in with some of the popular Queen songs.
“Pupils have been working hard over the last few months preparing for the show.
“The cast is made up of pupils from years eight to 11 and also includes a live band made up of staff members.”
The show will also be performed tonight (Wednesday), before finishing tomorrow.
