Good turnout predicted for carol service
2:11pm Monday 10th December 2012 in News By Stuart Laundy, Reporter (Barnard Castle & Teesdale)
HUNDREDS of people are expected to attend a special Christmas service at Middleton-in-Teesdale Auction Mart.
Last year, the service attracted more than 200 residents and organiers at Middleton Methodist Church are hoping for a similar success when the service is held on Saturday, December 15, starting at 6pm.
The service makes use of mart's tiered seating and will include Christmas contributions from Middleton Silver Band and Middleton Primary School.
There will be hot drinks and mince pies in the mart café afterwards.
