Man in court on 13 fraud charges

FRAUD CHARGES: A man charged with fraudulently claiming more than £120,000 will be committed to Teesside Crown Court.
Stuart Bell, 41, of Henry Street, Darlington, appeared at Darlington Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, (November 29) charged with 13 counts of fraud.
He entered no pleas and his case will be committed on January 24.
