POETRY READING: A poet will be reading a selection of his work at The Forum music centre tomorrow (November 29).
Mel McEvoy, a palliative care nurse from Darlington, will read from his collection ‘An Emptied Space’ inspired by his early experiences as the son of Irish immigrants in a working class community, his time in religious life, through to his work in end of life care.
The readings will feature musical interludes from the Jazztones and doors open at 6.45pm. Entry is free.
