Barn order: The owners of a barn built without planning permission have been ordered by a High Court judge to demolish it. Mr Justice Coulson said the landowners's case that planning permission existed for the barn on in Blubberhouses, near Harrogate, which overlooks the Yorkshire Dales National Park, was "a mix of the technical and the sly".
