A4e The Enterprise Group (TEG) is in the business of changing peoples lives for the better.

We have helped hundreds of people start the journey towards financial freedom through business ownership. Our mission is to put people into business with the minimum of fuss. Our experienced team of professional advisors know what it takes to become self-employed. All support services are provided at no charge and are ongoing. As well as one-to-one support and mentoring new businesses through the start-up process we can help with other services like marketing, accountancy, design and print, web design and training. We have secured funding to offer a range of training services at no cost to eligible companies or individuals. Due to this funding we are now looking to expand and are recruiting NVQ Assessors to become part of TEG.

In its first two years alone TEG has helped to boost County Durham’s economy by £30 million – and create in excess of 300 new jobs in the process. Through networking, training and one to one support the Enterprise Group has also assisted over 1000 people and helped set up almost 300 new businesses.
