HUSBAND and wife farmers Chris and Christine Ryder are to stage another three-day charity breakfast.

The couple have raised more than £12,000 for the Addington Fund farming charity with two previous breakfast events at Scaife Hall Farm in Blubberhouses, between Skipton and Harrogate.

Now Mrs Ryder, the Deputy Mayor of Harrogate, and her consort, husband Chris, are to stage a third event on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, January 24, 25 and 26, from 10am-noon and 1-3pm each day.

Breakfasts are very much a speciality at Scaife Hall Farm, which is a former winner of the Best Yorkshire Breakfast category in the Deliciouslyorkshire Awards, has picked up an Enjoy England Breakfast Award, figured among The Independent newspaper’s Top 50 B&Bs, and also holds a Tripadvisor certificate of excellence.

Tickets for the charity breakfast cost £15 per head and can be booked by calling 01943 880354, or emailing christine@scaifehallfarm.co.uk.

Ian Bell, chief executive of the Addington Fund, said: "Every penny raised will be again used to support Yorkshire farming families. A huge thank you must also go to the many people who have supported us in the past and will do so again in the New Year."
