CATTERICK. - Last week’s meeting was fat cattle and butchers lambs stock judging. A big thank you to Richard and Helen Grainger for hosting the meeting, the Wilson family for providing the lambs, and also thanks to Richard Stockhill and Robert Blenkiron for being the judges. GREAT SMEATON. -This week’s meeting has changed. We are now going to Romanby Golf course. Meet there at 7.30pm or at the green at 7.15pm. Rachel is collecting the final payment for the AGM of £142. There are a few dinner dance tickets left. Pay Tom as soon as possible; tickets cost £28. Cledales coffee morning is on February 21, and we need two people to volunteer at Northallerton Town Hall, from 8am-noon. We also need tombola prizes and bric-a-brac. The club would like to congratulate Tom Pattison on being a finalist for the Northern Farmer Young Farmer of the year and wish you the best of luck.
 

INGLEBY CROSS. - This week’s meeting was breeding sheep judging at Oxhill Farm by permission of Adrian Hilary. Next week’s meeting is to be confirmed, but it will either be a visit to Mole Valley or a friends and family quiz in the hall. Details of the meeting will be sent via text from Emma. REETH. - On Tuesday, there is a stock judging practice at 7.30pm at Spring End Farm by permission of the Waggett family. Membership forms need to be filled in, so take a picture for your card and forms can be filled in at the meeting.


SEDGEFIELD. – Members enjoyed a fantastic interclub night at Elwick this week. A very interesting talk followed by making their own dog collars. Many thanks to Alison, of A C Leatherworks. Next week’s meeting is a race night, at Hardwick Hall, at 7.30pm. Family and friends are welcome.


STOCKTON. – On Monday, it is games night at The Wilson Centre, Long Newton, at 7.45pm. Everyone is welcome. On Monday, February 23, it is pancake-making at The Wilson Centre at 7.45pm. Everyone is welcome, but please take your own toppings! The annual quiz will be held on Saturday, March 28, at The Wilson Centre (note change of venue) at 7.30pm, with the first round at 8pm. Teams can have up to eight people, and tickets cost £6.50 per person to include a pie and peas supper. There is a trophy to be won. STOKESLEY. – Monday’s meeting is a nutrition talk from Topspec at Mole Valley at 7.30pm. Tickets are still available for our 85th anniversary ball and auction of promises on March 7.
