BUTSFIELD. – Tonight is our race night at the Brown Horse Pub in Tow Law, at 7pm, with lots of fun with the wooden horses. Everyone is welcome to join us for a night of racing. CATTERICK. – Last week's Zumba meeting was cancelled owing to poor weather. However, the EGM did take place to change the constitution. Next week's meeting is a trip to Walls Brewery in Northallerton (DL6 2YB). Meet at the Booth Hall at 6.45pm or 7.30pm there. The costs is £10 for over-18s and £2.50 for under.

ELWICK. – This week’s meeting was a quiz, which was won by the Kuala’s. Thank you to Emma for setting the quiz for the meeting. Next week’s meeting is a talk by the Guide Dogs. GREAT SMEATON. – Tonight's meeting is a games night in the village hall starting at 7.30pm. Thank you to Ed for being the quizmaster last week at the quiz and to all those that attended; a good night was had by all. Could anyone who is going to the AGM pay their next instalment of £100 to Rachel by January 25 at the latest. Next Friday is the club's "If in doubt have another party" at Troubadour, Club Amadeus. INGLEBY CROSS. – This week's meeting was bowling at Teesside Park, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Next week's meeting is dairy cattle judging. Meet at Summerfield Farm at 7.30pm.

SEDGEFIELD. – Last night, members enjoyed a lively game of dodgeball. Next week's meeting is novelty judging/learning how to stock judge at Hardwick Hall at 7.30 pm.

STAINDROP. – On Monday night, members were invited to Mr and Mrs Boyes at Cleatlam for beef judging. The results were: juniors, 1 Sam Hodgeson; 2 David Herbert; and 3 Charlotte Buck; seniors, 1 Michael Boyes; 2 Scott Pounder; and 3 Tom Herbert. Next week is dairy judging at the Pounders, Stainton Hill Farm, at 7pm.

STOCKTON. – Thank you to all those who came to our presentation meal on January 2 at The Ship. Well done to all the trophy winners, and thank you to everyone for their generous donations to the raffle, which raised a further £75 for Cash 4 Kids. Our next meeting will be on Monday, January 26. We are going sheep judging at Mill Lane Hill Farm, Middleton St George, DL2 1TG, hosted by Jim Cowan. Meet there at 7.30pm.
