FARMERS and rural and agricultural workers in the Uplands can take advantage of free training events.
The programme is available to farmers and farm workers who have a minimum of 50pc of their farmed area designated as a Severely Disadvantaged Area (SDA).
The events are at Hawes Auction Mart, March 18; Berry’s Farm Shop, Swinithwaite, Leyburn, March19;HexhamAuction Mart, March 21; Barnard Castle Auction Mart, March 25; Yorkshire Bridge Inn, Bamford, Hope Valley, March 27.
