THE annual general meeting of the National Sheep Association’s Northern Region is at The Hired Lad, Penrith Mart on Wednesday at 7.30pm.
Matt Colston of Frame, Swift & Partners, Carleton, Penrith, will discuss the challenges facing sheep producers in 2013; Phil Stocker, NSA chief executive, will give an update on the current political situation within the sheep industry; and Annabel Mason and Ian Close from Skipton, will give a short report on their NSA northern region sponsored trip to the Oxford Farming Conference in January
