Sweat the alphabet and dance the digits. Bokwa is a unique exercise dance program thats taking the fitness world by storm. It's refreshing, infectious and a great way to assist in weight loss. Bokwa is made up of two words, BO which represents light boxing and KWA which represents the... cultural African dance Kwaito. It was founded by Paul Mavi, a dancer and fitness instructor who wanted to bring to life his African routes. BOKWA is the only exercise program to be taught using the American hand sign language, enabling the hearing impared to join in group exercise.
