Excellent care
Sir, - In this day and age, when
one hears so many horror stories
of abuse and neglect suffered
by residents at the hands
of employees in residential
nursing homes, it gives me great
pleasure to sing the praises of
Nightingale Hall, which is a
nursing home in Richmond.
I stayed there recently and the care I received was excellent.
They made me feel very
welcome and greeted me with
smiling faces.
The staff are very cheerful
and nothing seems too much
trouble for them. They go about
their business in a very professional
manner.
While it is not over staffed (a
luxury rarely found these days),
it appears to function more
than adequately and the nurses
don't appear to complain about
the demands made upon them.
BETH WATSON
Willow View,
Catterick.
