WITH reference to the ridiculous situation we are in with cutbacks hitting the most vulnerable in the country, as well as our emergency services and the NHS.
It is 2015 and we have a growing number of clothing and food banks. We now hear that malnutrition has risen by 50 per cent over the last five years and Victorian diseases are making a comeback due to food poverty.
David Cameron said before the election that tax credits would not be touched and now the truth comes out.
The steel industry is finished and yet Michael Heseltine says there has never been a better time to lose your job. We also hear that energy prices are half that of Britain in Belgium and France – so much for the equality of the EU.
When are our overrated and overpaid MPs going to start looking after the majority in this country and stop wasting money on things that do not concern us?
Let’s face it – they have just had a ten per cent pay rise. Never mind. Luckily, we still have £40m available to repair a clock.
