MAY I make a non-contentious and non-political comment on Cllr John Blackie’s letter about the refuse collection service in Richmondshire (D&S Times, July 17)?
We could all help our splendid refuse collectors if we placed glass in the green boxes and tins and plastic in a black bag which can be put in the box, if there’s room, or placed beside it, if not. Job sorted!
