AFTER walking my dog last Friday, I felt unwell. On my return home, I phoned Leyburn Medical Practice. After speaking to the receptionist she told me to go straight down to the surgery. When I arrived I was called in almost immediately to see Dr Fletcher. After a full examination, he then went to look for Pete Shaw, the paramedic. Between them they looked after me with total care and professionalism. I kept them from their other duties for nearly an hour.
Our medical services do not get the recognition they deserve. So thank you once again, Dr. Fletcher, Pete Shaw and the rest of the Leyburn surgery for your kindness.
