HAVING read Malcolm Warne’s review of the Bradley Burn Farm Shop near Wolsingham (DST, June 5), and noticing his wife's comments about pale yolked eggs, can I suggest he buys her some Clarence Court eggs from Sainsburys in Darlington. They are the best I have found locally and have lovely deep golden yolks. Enjoy!
