Sir, – Like many people in their 60s, I have been compiling a mental "bucket list" of things to achieve before the inevitable happens. One of mine has been to have a photograph or letter published in your newspaper.
When, last week, I did one of your Weekend Walks (published in January) from Hutton Rudby I came across All Saints’ Church at Crathorne. With all of the daffodils in full bloom, I thought this might make a really good picture for your letters page. Imagine my disappointment when I opened last Friday’s edition and found that I had been beaten to it by your reader Tim Dunn!
Oh well. I’ll keep looking.
