Sir, – I have been a loyal customer of Barclays Bank for more than 50 years but two of the recent events makes me think it`s time to change banks.
First there are the stupid TV adverts that are a waste of time and money . Second, and more seriously, are the changes they have made to the branch on High Row, Darlington.
Self -service might be okay in a supermarket but I like personal service at a bank
