BRYMOR Dairy, the award-winning ice cream company based in Wensleydale, is teaming up with Welcome To Yorkshire at a number of local events as part of the launch of its Flavours of Autumn campaign.

The campaign gives ideas on how to enjoy ice cream all year round and will include flavour tastings, dessert pairing ideas and a competition to win a years supply of ice cream.

Flavours of Autumn is part of a number of new initiatives and developments that are underway since Brymor came under new ownership in April this year. Other work includes expansion of the children's play area at the ice cream parlour at High Jervaulx Farm, near Masham, an indoor play area, new branding and new flavour developments in progress.

The campaign includes Riggwelter Raisin Ripple, a collaborative development with Black Sheep Brewery in Masham that gives a new twist on classic flavours.

Marketing and business development manager James Ashford said: “Brymor has more than 30 flavours and is well known for innovation, as well as delivering the traditional flavours our customers love.

"We are grateful to be asked to join Welcome To Yorkshire at some key local events and look forward to sharing our ideas for enjoying ice cream all year round”.

Brymor is the only ice cream in Yorkshire made with 100 per cent Guernsey milk, and all of that comes from its own herd. Along with milk and clotted cream, Brymor is now stocked in more than 300 outlets in Yorkshire and the North-East from boutique B&B’s to high street retailers including Waitrose and The Co-Op.

The team from Brymor will be alongside Welcome to Yorkshire at the Harrogate Flower Show on September 18, Nidderdale Show on September 21, and Masham Sheep Fair on September 26.
