REDCAR Enterprise Team business coaches are taking to the road to tell local small and medium businesses about the Dynamic Dozen – 12 hours of free support and advice.
They will be pulling into business parks and industrial estates so firms can drop in for an advice ‘pitstop’ on everything from marketing to finance, social media workshops to recruitment.
More than 50 companies have already taken advantage of the free help, with many more part-way through the 12-hour programme.
One of them is the Russell Gibson Partnership (RGP), a company that supports professional people by helping them capitalise on their strengths and manage their weaknesses.

In addition to helping established companies, the team has helped create more than 90 jobs and enabled 68 new businesses to launch in the last 11 months.
