THE Teesdale Women in Rural Enterprise (WiRE) networking group meets in The Whitham, Barnard Castle, on Thursday from 10.15am to 12.15pm.
It offers women in business the chance to meet others to swap and share ideas. The meeting will look at successful ways of using Facebook and Twitter to increase business.
The Teesdale group is run by volunteer network leader Alex Nicholson who reported very positive feedback from the first meeting. She said: “There are so many amazing businesses in Teesdale and we look forward to building a strong WiRE network here, to help each other thrive and succeed.”
There is a £3 charge to cover the venue and refreshments.
