PUBLIC TO BE CONSULTED ON NEW RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN HIPSWELL
The developers of a proposed new residential development for Hipswell are inviting members of the public to consider their plans to develop this site which is located within the strategic development growth area of Richmond and Catterick Garrison. North Yorkshire based property development company, Mulberry Homes, have been in discussions with senior officers from Richmondshire District Council and will shortly be submitting plans for a new residential development opportunity on land known as Hipswell Croft which will assist in delivering the council’s requirements for residential development opportunities in the district, which will include a significant number of affordable housing units. The plans aim to deliver the council’s objectives of growing in the Richmond and Catterick Garrison strategic development growth area between Hipswell and Catterick Garrison. A public exhibition showing the plans is to be held at Hipswell Village Hall, in Hipswell on Wednesday 28th November between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. All members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend.
