BROWN Carlton Bas, Raymond and the family of the late Les Brown would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown and the many letters and cards of condolence received following their recent sad loss. Special thanks to all those who helped to care for Les during his illness, and to all his friends and neighbours for all their help and support over the last few years. Also thanks to Rev Graham Dear, Muker Brass band and East Witton Male voice choir along with Margaret Westwood and Glynn Iveson for making the funeral service such a fitting tribute to Les's life. Finally the family wish to pass on grateful thanks to all who shared Saturday with them and for the generous donations received in Les's memory, to date over £2100 and still rising for Coverham Church funds, Leyburn Medical Practice and Herriot Hospice Homecare.
