HOLMES Olive Patricia, John and the family of the late Olive Holmes wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy and the letters and cards of condolence received following their recent sad loss. Special thanks to the First Point carers, all the staff at Nightingale Hall, Richmond and the local district nurses and paramedics for all their kindness and care for Olive, also to Revd Chris Lawton for a comforting service and Richard and Simon for all their help and guidance. Finally grateful thanks for the generous donations received in memory of Olive for The Great North Air Ambulance.
