NOTTINGHAM Leyburn Ernie and the Family of the late Amy Nottingham wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown and the many letters and cards of condolence received following their recent sad loss. Special thanks to all the staff of Abacus and Leyburn Medical practice for all their kindness and care for Amy, also to Revd’s Michael Hepper and Chris Lawton for a lovely and comforting service. Finally grateful thanks for the generous donations received in memory of Amy for Church funds and the British Heart Foundation.
