DERBY Leyburn Hazel and her son Chris wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown and the many letters and cards of condolence received following their recent sad loss of John. Special thanks to all the staff of Brentwood Lodge, the local district nurses and the Drs of Leyburn Medical practice for all their kindness and care for John. Also thanks to Father Pat O’Neil for a lovely service and Richard Sanderson Funeral director for all his help and professionalism. Finally grateful thanks to all those who attended the funeral service and gave generous donations in memory of John for the Alzheimer’s Society.
