SURGEY Keith Russell October 27 2014, peacefully in hospital after a long illness, aged 81 years, Keith Russell Surgey of Ripon (formerly of Thirsk), dearly loved husband of Jean. Sadly missed by family and friends. Service and cremation at Harrogate Crematorium on Monday November 3 at 11.00am. No flowers by request, if desired, donations in memory for The Macmillan Nurses (local). Plate provided at the service.
